Kislyakov{)pȝ研究了石墨烯U米片在NMP和水溶液中的受激布里渊散行为及其能量特性。研I发玎ͼ低浓度的矛_烯悬液׃没有显著的吸收而生强的受Ȁ布里渊散淬灭效应,q且受激布里渊散阈g矛_烯吸收系C间存在线性依赖关pR通过理论计算Q验证了受激布里渊散淬灭过E中不同热动力学、电光和声光参数对布里渊增益因子的媄响。在x泡Ş成过E中Q气泡的度和压~系C发生变化Qƈ且会军_受激布里渊散行为;估算Z有效气寸Qƈ且可l合声L吸收实验研究U秒旉度的气泡特性。这些研I成果在某些情况下可用于抑制受激布里渊散生,如激光技术、光通信|络{。相关研I成果已发表在Optics Express上?</p> <p style="text-indent:2em;"> 研究组pȝ研究了六Ҏ化硼QhBNQ纳c片悬Q液的受激布里渊散和双光子吸收特性,量了在532nmȀ光作用下的双光子吸收截面σ2PA和布里渊增益pLgB。发现在hBN度较低时表现出明显的受Ȁ布里渊散淬灭效应,q与矛_烯悬液的结Z_q且Q双光子吸收截面非常大,因此BNU米片能够吸收够的能量来加热到熔化温度。BN中受Ȁ布里渊散猝灭主要是由BN的熔化和U米片在Ȁ光能量高于受Ȁ布里渊散阈值时转变为纳cx滴而引L声L衰减所致。文中研I的BN分散Ԍ在低强度辐照下具有很高的透明性,因此可将其作为全光o波器非线性光学复合材料以及具有受Ȁ布里渊散抑制作用的透明材料掺杂剂。BN悬Q液也是研IU性光学和声光现象的一个有的模型pȝ。相关研I成果已发表在Optics Express上?</p> <p style="text-indent:2em;"> 此外Q研I小l还与北京化工大学教授孙振宇Nl通过液相ȝ技术,合作研制了大量高品质化铅(PbI2Q二l纳c片Q所得分散液可以?0天内保持良好的稳定性。非U性光学特性研I发现PbI2U米片在515nm飞秒脉冲?32nmU秒脉冲下具有饱和吸ӞSAQ特性,q且?ns脉冲Ȁ发下的SA响应Z?40fs脉冲Ȁ发下的SA响应。PbI2U米片的饱和吸收Ҏ与某些二维钙钛ѝ石墨烯、黑和二硫化钼材料是可比拟的。ƈ且,PbI2的高E_性和低不饱和损耗得其在调Q、锁模激光器、光甉|器和其它超快光电子器g斚w有巨大应用前景。该研究成果已经在线发表在ACS
